Staying Home, Like A Boss

Consistency is not my strong suit. I have gone down a ton of internet rabbit holes, signed up for all the free webinars, challenges, and downloads I could find, and all that did was confuse the situation farther and wreck my focus.

That’s really common right now. Everything is upside down, nothing is the same as it was a month ago, and everyone’s priorities have had to shift.

That’s not necessarily a bad thing – it’s just different.

I’ve been using this time to work heavy duty on my podcast management business. If you’re following me on Facebook, I’m sure you’ve seen me all over the place. My brain is all over the place too. Suddenly we’re all at home, on top of each other, including the super-social kid who is usually at school, and while it’s great to have this time at home it’s also extremely challenging.

All that to say – I did finally put together my own freebie 🙂

As more of us are stuck at home, a lot of focus has shifted toward working from home, building your own business, writing that book finally, doing all the things that we didn’t have time for before. Lordy, do we have some time now!

In my efforts to find clients ready to outsource their podcast management to me, I’ve come across far more who want to start one, but don’t know how, and can’t afford to hire help yet. Since I’ve now been through several free/cheap trainings on the subject in order to have the best info for my clients, I’ve put together a Podcast Launch Workbook to help get the ball rolling.

As for The Mom First Entrepreneur, we’re rolling along famously!

Just in the last week, only 15 episodes in, Kat has sold 2 digital courses just from her podcast alone – no ads, no emails, no prospecting. She doesn’t do any extra work – I’ve been using her FB Live videos for episodes, and soon we’ll be launching a 2nd season! Podcasting truly works for you 24/7 – and you only create the content once.

If you’re on the fence, get your workbook at the link above and start on your strategy. There’s no better way to expand your reach, build rapport, establish your expertise, and build a relationship with your audience.

Keep yourself and your loved ones safe and healthy!
